Who could’ve thought that Sharp’s expertise in making high-resolution LCD displays could eventually be passed on to handy mobile phones? Well here is Sharp’s new offering, which is called the Sharp 941SH, an interesting device not only because of its clear display, but also because of its pretty high-end features and stylish design.

It has large four inches touch-screen display with amazing 480 x 1024 pixels high resolution, which is far better than the iPhone’s display. It also comes with Sharp’s own haptic feedback, a large 8-megapixel camera, web browser, Wi-Fi, and a USB terminal that can connect directly to Blu-Ray recorder for file transfer. It measures about 53 x 119 x 16.6mm and it weighs 130grams, not bad for a high-ender device.

This Sharp 941SH will be made available in Japan in Black, Red, White, and Blue colors. There’s no announcement yet if it will come outside the country, but if it will, you know it will surely be a hit.
