Samsung is gearing up for a yet another touch-screen device, as photos of the so-called Samsung GT-i6330 have been spotted in Russia. Although it appeared in Russia, it will more likely come as another device from China Mobile given that the carrier’s logo is branded on its case.

There’s nothing much revealed about this device since this remains unannounced. But based on the photos available, this seems to have 3.2-megapixel camera on the back and a video call camera on the front, which tells that this should also include 3G/TD-SCDMA connectivity. Its design seems to have just a little difference among other touch-screen devices today, and its silhouette is definitely one of those.

Still, there’s no announcement about its release date or pricing but this Samsung GT-i6330 could probably be seen around China real soon.
