Finally, after being all over the web for a quite a long time, the LG Viewty II has now been made official, and from now on, it will be called the LG Viewty Smart GC900. It has been leaked several times already, so expect some of those leaked features to be actually incorporated on this device.

This includes its very large 8-megapixel camera with sensitivity up to ISO 1600, multi-face detection, DVD-quality D1 video recording, and with just a LED flash unlike the Xenon flash on the original Viewty phone. The world’s second Android powered mobile phone is now available for pre-orders from Vodafone in UK. As said, this is going to be Vodafone’s first Android device, though it is HTC’s second to run on such. I’m sure a lot will take this opportunity, more so if you want to be one of the firsts to have this much talked about device.

Kyocera Presented a Foldable EOS Concept Phone

Kyocera has presented an EOS Concept Phone at the CTIA Wireless just recently. They may not be the leaders in mobile phone industry but that doesn’t mean they cannot be innovators in introducing new products and concepts such as this.

This handset has tri-fold design just as some wallets fold, but the thing is, it folds into two configurations, which are the portrait mode and the full-on widescreen OLED display. There are even shape-shifting buttons that can become flat when not in use, use of kinetic energy and charges via nano-scale piezoelectric generators.

Sounds too good to be true, but we’ll all have to wait on when this phone will come out…

For those of you who still can’t get used to smartphones and would rather opt for a mobile phone that holds enough features for it to be called a phone, this Alcatel OT-363 may perhaps be included to one of your choices.

Though the design looks appealing in some way, the features are actually not that interesting. This phone also looks like that of an eye glasses case which you flip on the side to open only that, this phone flips just like the usual clamshell style. After the report that HTC Touch Diamond 2 is now on sale on some online stores, here comes the HTC Touch Pro 2, landing in Singapore this June. Well actually there will be no carrier for it yet and will come as an unlocked device.

Rumors say that a 3.2-megapixel iPhone 3G is set to land sometime in the mid of 2009. It actually looks like this rumor will be put to an end since reports from Taiwan actually tells that assembly suppliers will start shipping this brand new iPhone by May.

The Samsung Propel Pro is indeed a smart phone version of the Samsung Propel that was released last year. You can clearly tell based on the image that this is different from the Propel since this looks a lot of a business phone unlike the Propel, which is more of a teen phone in colorful style.

Well yeah, rumors have it that the still unannounced LG Viewty is set to release in UK by the Orange UK in June. This device has been around the web for quite some time now, including leaked images so more or less, we know how this looks like.
