Rogers Now Offering the Motorola Quench

First spotted in February of this year, the Motorola Quench will finally be in the hands of Canadian mobile users as Rogers announced it just recently. This is said to be part of the carrier’s Social View lineup, which is a service that’s said to “offer a unified interface for social networking info on smartphones.”

The Motorola Quench is an Android 1.5-running device with MotoBLUR service, which “sends updates from Facebook and Twitter to one integrated homescreen. MOTOBLUR also auto-synchs your contact list, ensuring you get automatic and instant delivery of updates and messages from all of your contacts.”

T-Mobile USA is yet again about to offer new Samsung phones this year; and this coming June, TmoNews has reported that the carrier will be getting three new Samsung phones. These three are the Samsung T669, Samsung T479, and Samsung T349.

What these three phones have in common is their rounded shapes and QWERTY keyboards. The Samsung T669 has touchscreen display with slide-out QWERTY keyboard, TouchWIZ UI, and 2-megapixel camera. U.S. Cellular has announced another Android device for their lineup, which is the Samsung i5700 Acclaim R880. You might tell that the photo we have here is familiar, and it should really be since this is actually the Samsung Galaxy Spica. Already made available in Germany and Italy since August 2009 and in the US since November of the same year, the Nokia N900 is finally heading its way to Asia, particularly in Taiwan. Unlike most Nokia devices that run on Symbian OS, the Nokia N900 actually runs Maemo 5.

More Android phones have been making its way in the mobile industry, and here we have in particular another Android device from Samsung. We’re hoping for a Bada phone actually as the company has announced they will release more of it this year.

But anyway, this newly leaked Android phone goes by the model number Samsung i5801. We lack information about this device, but it is said to have standard features on most Android devices these days.
