LG will soon be releasing a new full-QWERTY keypad phone under the name that reveals to be LG Xenon. There’s nothing much to this phone except that it is designed as a text messaging phone of a low-to-mid leve l range of handsets.

The LG Xenon is a quad-band GSM device with GPRS/EDGE and dual-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity. It also comes with a Wi-Fi and aGPS, and even has Bluetooth, accelerometer, and 3-megapixel camera with autofocus and VGA video recording functions. It also sports a 2.8-inch 240 x 480 LCD display, and a 100MB memory that is expandable up to 16GB through the microSD card slot.

This Mobile Phone is said to be in LG’s lab and is yet to be released after it has undergone testing. But, it is also believed to become available some time before Christmas. Now that would surely make of a nice Christmas present.
