You wouldn’t expect much feature on this new unannounced phone from Philips if you are to base it on its design, eh? Interesting enough though, this new phone, called the Philips Xenium X712, has enough features to keep this interesting.

One of which is its 5-megapixel camera, which is perhaps a feature that most mid-level devices have these days. Like the newly announced Philips Xenium X510, the Philips Xenium X712 is also believed to come with dual-SIM capabilities, so it’s probably catered for business individuals; and its rather sleek and rectangular design kind of makes this a phone designed for those types of mobile users. Usual features like Bluetooth, media playback…

Philips is gearing up to add another device for their Xenium series. The Philips Xenium X510, which is a slider phone that comes with dual SIM capabilities, is said to be marketed to Russia, China and other parts of Asia, where such feature is very much valued.

Its features include 3.1-inch QVGA touchscreen display with handwriting recognition, 2-megapixel camera, built-in games, media player, Bluetooth, email, dual-band GSM connectivity, and microSD memory card slot. But though features aren’t much ground-breaking, its sleek and modern design somehow makes up for it.

There’s no announcement yet on when the…
