Panasonic has just officially announced their new 8.1-megapixel camera phone, known as the 931P, and it is already set to debut on Softbank this month. Obviously, this device is a multimedia phone, which centers on being a camera device with its large megapixel count.

The camera comes with ISO 1600, complete with LED flash and face recognition. Aside from that, this mobile phone also comes in a dual-hinge design, which allows the phone to be vertically and horizontally flipped.
