After being officially announced just a month ago and after being reported that it will be released on the third quarter of the year, you can now get the Nokia N8 on pre-order via Amazon Germany. Another thing is, according to Engadget, their “trusted source” said that August 24 will be the big date for the release of this Nokia N8.

This should keep mobile consumers more excited about this device, and who wouldn’t when what you would get is a Symbian^3-powered device, which is the Finnish company’s first. What’s more is that the Nokia N8 has 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus, xenon flash, face recognition and HD 720p…

It looks like what TmoNews has reported back in March regarding the Nokia E73 is true. Rumors back then say that this will hit T-Mobile sometime in June, and this new screenshot obtained by Engadget also points out that this will start selling on June 16 from T-Mobile.

Nicknamed as Mode, this Nokia E73 is said to “balance work and personal life through customizable Work and Life homescreens.” This actually looks a lot like the E72 in candybar form factor with a QWERTY keyboard. Features include 3G, Wi-Fi, and support for work and personal e-mail. These are the top features disclosed about the Nokia E73, and I guess this already makes…

We’ve first seen the Nokia X3 back in September last year and we know that it comes in a slider form factor. Well now, it seems like a new version of the X3 will be coming out since a CDMA Nokia X3 has been spotted and it is said to hit the Chinese market.

Coming as a CDMA version is not the only thing that has been changed on this Nokia X3 but as well as its form factor. What’s supposed to be a slider phone is now a candybar phone for its CDMA version. It features 2.4-inch QVGA display, 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash, FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, and…

Those in China who are looking for new devices would be glad to know that Nokia is offering two new CDMA cellular phones for their market. These are the Nokia 6702 Slide and the Nokia 1706, which are totally different in terms of features and design.

People in China will probably draw more interest on the Nokia 6702 Slide, which is obviously a slider phone. This is said to run on Symbian OS and features are as well interesting since it includes 2.6-inch 240 x 320 pixels LCD screen, 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash, Bluetooth, and support for USB and Java MIDP 2.0 applications.

The other phone,…

The latest addition to the Nokia X Series, which was announced a few weeks back in India, has just recently received FCC approvals to be used in the US. Indeed, we’re talking about the Nokia X2, which is a GSM/EDGE-only device with quad-band connectivity that makes it workable on any non-CDMA carrier in North America.

This Nokia X2 isn’t a smartphone and it only runs on series S40 OS. It has 2.2-inch QVGA display, stereo Bluetooth, FM Radio, 3.5mm headset jack, Opera Mini, microSD card slot, and a surprisingly large 5-megapixel camera with LED flash but only with fixed focused. It also seems to come as a music phone since it…

Already made available in Germany and Italy since August 2009 and in the US since November of the same year, the Nokia N900 is finally heading its way to Asia, particularly in Taiwan. Unlike most Nokia devices that run on Symbian OS, the Nokia N900 actually runs Maemo 5.

With Maemo 5, it is said that the “menu bar and info area are consolidated to the top of the display, and the four desktops can be customized with shortcuts and widgets.” Other features of the Nokia N900 include 3.5-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen LCD display, 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 32GB of memory.

It is…

We’ve already heard of Nokia X6, X5 and X3, so now it’s time for an X2, eh? Well indeed, Nokia has just announced another addition to their X series of music phones, which is the Nokia X2. Like the X3, the X2 is not a smartphone and thus it only runs on Series 40 OS.

The Nokia X3 is believed to be the first Series 40 Ovi Store-enabled device when it was presented since September of last year. With the coming of the X2, perhaps we can then say that this is the second Nokia S40 device to have the Ovi Store application as well. This slim music candybar phone measures…

A newly-leaked handset from Nokia’s C-series has been spotted. A website called Ciao Mondo has showed up leaked photos of what is believed to be the Nokia C2, though we still have yet to confirm this since this might just be another of those fake ones or mere rendered image.

Having the C letter designation tells that this is just going to be another feature phone; and based on the photo, this will have 240 x 320 pixels display, 2-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, and a rotation feature. Also, based on the photo available, that rotation feature could have something to do with the hardware itself since it obviously looks…

Rumors about the Nokia N8 have been around since it was first spotted in live photo back in March. Since then, the smartphone has been the talk of the town, and I don’t see any reason why not since this is touted to become the Finnish company’s first ever smartphone to have 12-megapixel camera.

Finally, we need not to listen about any rumors from now on since the Nokia N8 has now been officially announced. Aside from that 12-megapixel Carl Zeiss camera with autofocus, xenon flash, face recognition and HD 720p video recording, the N8 is also the company’s first Symbian^3 OS running device, and also the first to be integrated…

Remember the Nokia C5 that has just been announced last month? Well what we have here is a different device though the name is more likely the same. This new C5, or the Nokia C5-01, obviously comes slightly different in design from the previous one and features as well vary a bit.

The Nokia C5 is a candybar Symbian phone that is made for the Chinese market just like the just announced Nokia X5. Also, it will be part of Nokia’s portfolio of TD-SCDMA devices for China. Features are much larger than the old (not-so old, rather) C5 as this new C5-01 will have 2.4-inch QVGA display as compared to C5’s…

We’ve already heard of Nokia’s X3 and the X6, right? The latest news is, another device is set to add to the X-series as Nokia has just recently announced the Nokia X5. The thing is, like the recently launched Nokia C6, the Nokia X5 is also made for China Mobile and is also part of Nokia’s list of TD-SCDMA devices.

Nokia’s X-series handsets are designed for “music lovers and young trendsetters,” which then concludes that the Nokia X5 is the “first Nokia TD-SCDMA Symbian based entertainment device.” The design also holds a resemblance to the X3 and X6 as it comes edgy (literally and figuratively). This candybar phone runs on Symbian…
