We’ve first heard of the Motorola i1 a few weeks ago, but actually, this device has already appeared in December of 2009, when it was still rumored to be called as the Opus One. Finally, this Motorola i1 has now gone official as Sprint and Motorola announced it at the CTIA Wireless trade show in Las Vegas.

This Motorola i1 will be coming as the world’s first iDEN push-to-talk device that will run on Google’s Android 1.5 OS, which is definitely surprising. Its design looks a lot interesting and sleek, yet it still remains a rugged device that meets the Military 810F standard for dust, shock and extreme weather conditions.

The latest news is that this Motorola Opus One won’t actually be called as such, but rather, as the Motorola i1.

This leads to thinking that there could also be possibilities of having an i2 or even i3 in the works, eh? But anyway, we still don’t have any confirmed details and specs about this Motorola i1; but rumors are saying that aside from running on Android 1.5 OS, this will…

The last time we’ve heard about Mister Cartoon was last year when he collaborated with MetroPCS and Samsung for the special edition of the Samsung Messager R450. Well, MetroPCS and Mister Cartoon are back once again, this time, collaborating for a remake of the Motorola VE440, which was released last year.

The Motorola VE440 is only a low-end music phone, which not everyone would surely buy. It isn’t an interesting phone as compared to the mobile trend we have these days, but having that Mister Cartoon edition would surely appeal a lot. “The mobile phone has become so much more than just a communication device; it’s a way for people to…

It looks like the long-rumored Motorola Zeppelin won’t come out with such a name as it has finally been announced at the MWC 2010 as the Motorola CLIQ XT or Quench outside the US. There are a few distinct differences that this smartphone has as compared to its predecessor, the Cliq, which is released last year.

This Motorola Cliq XT or Quench is believed to be the eight Android smartphone from the manufacturer. Unlike the original, this won’t have any physical slide-out QWERTY keyboard; but rather, it will have the Swype input on the virtual keyboard. Aside from that, another difference is that this new smartphone has optical trackpad, Adobe Flash…

It was in January when we first heard and spotted the leaked Motorola Motosplit in what seems to be of a rendered image, and now, more rendered images of this intriguing device are seen at the Android Community.

I can say that the previous render was more appealing as compared to this one, though I am not saying I find the previous appealing as well. Based on this new leaked photo, this Motosplit seems to use dynamic key labels, which would probably let users pull out one side to reveal the numeric keypad or both sides, which would be in split, to reveal its full QWERTY keyboard.

Its other features are rumored…

It has now become official that the Motorola Zeppelin, which we’ve heard back in October 2009, will be running on Android 1.5 with MotoBlur since live photos of this device showing its home-screen were spotted in Brazil. A different version of this Zeppelin was as well seen in China, and we’re not sure if North America will have this or not.

So anyway, this Motorola Zeppelin is believed to come with 3.1-inch HVGA display, 5-megapixel camera with flash, Wi-Fi, GPS, HDMI out, 3.5mm headset jack, and a microSD card slot. We’ve been hearing that this Motorola Zeppelin will also come as a dual-SIM phone, and if that case is true, this…
