Blackberry Storm 2

Knowing that the Blackberry Storm is a huge success for the company in terms of sales and adoption, RIM CEO Jim Balsillie has just told Reuters that they are working on a successor to the Blackberry Storm. This will be named as the Storm 2, though it is not yet really official.

This should come as a great move especially for those who want to update their current version, and perhaps, HTC is expecting it to hit more. Let us also expect an upgrade in this device and probably some improvements as well to make the Storm 2 more appealing. Besides, having no improvements, software updates or probably added features would make the Storm 2 look the same as the original Storm.

Anyway, there’s no announcement yet on when will this hit the market, under which carrier and how much it will cost, but it sure is something to wait for.
