 Blackberry Curve 8520

A few days back, we were surprised with live photos of the Blackberry Curve 8520. Now, rumors from BGR would probably surprise us again, as they say that this device would come under T-Mobile, and will be available sometime around the fourth quarter of this year.

This is actually targeted to those who are on a budget and really don’t need much feature of a smartphone. This will not have any 3G and instead, will only have support for quad-band GSM with EDGE. There’s also a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, a QVGA display, and a 2-megapixel camera to complete. This so-called Blackberry Gemini also has a new trackball, which looks like a square-shaped optical mouse.

Perhaps Q4 of 2009 is a bit too late, right? But anyway, let’s wait for the official announcement regarding this handset soon and let’s also hope that it will be released sooner than expected.
